Why this medical mouth spray has been among the most popular weight loss products on the market since October 2025.

...then the internet exploded: A medical mouth spray called „ Mounjaslim“ is currently being celebrated as the first truly natural alternative to Mounjaro (the so-called "weight loss injection") and similar products.

No injections, no prescription, and no need to spend thousands of euros every month.

Within just six weeks, the manufacturer's website is sometimes unavailable for hours at a time.  

Thousands of users post their results daily: 10, 15, 20 kilos less – and that with a completely normal diet and only 2x application per day.

Endocrinologist Dr. Elias Schwarz has been testing Mounjaslim Metabolism on over 180 patients in his practice since spring 2025.

The results so far (still unpublished) are:

• Average weight loss of 11.6 kg in 12 weeks
• 9 out of 10 users report a complete disappearance of emotional eating and cravings.
